Dramatist, librettist and freelance dramaturge. Studied dramaturgy at the University College of Film, Radio, Television and Theatre, Stockholm, in 1984-87. Published her first novel, Glasdörren (The Glass Door), with Starfalk Förlag, 2003. Wrote the libretto for: Huvudsaken, an opera for children commissioned by Vadstenaakademin with the first performance scheduled for the autumn of 2005. Skriftestolen, a full-length opera commissioned by Den Jyske Opera, Århus. Composer: Niels Marthinsen; director: Elisabeth Linton. Planned first performance: 2005. Ärret, an opera commissioned by Vadstenaakademien, a free adaptation of Mikhail Bulgakov’s Heart of a Dog. Composer: Paula af Malmborg Ward; director: Nils Spangenberg. Planned first performance: July 2004. Is currently (2004) working on Det hjärtat är fullt av (That which Fills the Heart), an orchestral drama for children. Director, actor and scriptwriter. Her most recent directing assignment was Flickan på Henriksdalsberget (The Girl on Henriksdalsberget) by Peter Barlach at the Stockholm City Theatre in 2003. Studied at Ecole Jaques Lecoq, Paris, in 1982-84. One of the founders of Teater Bouffons, and its artistic director in 1987-92. Has taught and held workshops at several institutions, including the National Academy of Mime and Acting, Stockholm, Commediant school, Stockholm, the Gothenburg City Teatre, and Skrivekunstakademiet in Bergen, Norway.
